I recently had the privilege of being mentored by kak Tasya Ghonia Alma, former Assistant Manager of Supply Chain Planning at Unilever. During our mentorship sessions, Kak Tasya generously shared her extensive knowledge, focusing on three pivotal areas that define the essence of Supply Chain Management: 1.) Logistic Core Concept: Kak Tasya elaborated the foundational principles of logistics, from optimized transportation routes to warehouse management, providing a crucial understanding of FMCG operations.2.) Supply Planning and Innovation Strategies: Kak Tasya highlighted the need for meticulous skills in data analytics for robust supply planning. Additionally, she emphasized the critical role of strong project management in driving innovation planning.
